Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how Loyalto collects and uses your information.
What We Collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information (processed securely through Shopify Payments — we never store your card details). You also upload a photo of your dog, which we use solely to produce your custom memorial light.
How We Use It
- To fulfill and ship your order
- To contact you about your order (photo review, production updates, delivery confirmation)
- To send post-purchase emails if you opt in (Klaviyo — unsubscribe anytime)
Your Photo
The photo you submit is used exclusively to produce your memorial light. We do not share, sell, or use your dog's photo for any other purpose.
Third Parties
We use Shopify to power our store and process payments. We use Klaviyo for email. We may install a Meta Pixel for ad performance measurement. These services have their own privacy policies.
