Every Loyalto memorial light is made to order. Production takes 7–10 business days from the time your order is confirmed and your photo is approved.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail or equivalent. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States.

Photo Review

Before we begin production, our team reviews every photo submitted. If the resolution is too low or the crop won't produce a beautiful result, we will contact you at the email address provided at checkout before we start. Your approval is required before production begins.

Returns & Remakes

Because every light is custom-made for your dog, we do not accept returns. However, we stand fully behind our craftsmanship.

• Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, we will remake it at no cost. No forms. No runaround. Just email us a photo of the damage at hello@loyalto.store within 7 days of delivery.
• Production error: If we made an error on our end — wrong name, wrong dates, or a quality issue — we will remake it immediately.
• Photo or personalization errors submitted by customer: We confirm your dog's name and years before production. Once you approve, changes are not possible. Please review carefully before confirming.
