After you add the necklace to your cart and check out, you'll see a field to upload your photo and enter your dog's name. We accept JPG and PNG files. The clearer and closer the photo, the better the portrait. A close-up with both eyes visible in natural light produces the most beautiful result.
Your necklace ships in 3–4 weeks from the date of your order. Custom portrait pieces take time to create well. We don't rush production. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
We review every photo before production begins. If your image is too dark, blurry, or doesn't give us enough detail to work with, we'll email you to request a better one before we start. We never begin production on a photo that won't turn out beautifully.
Yes. Enter whatever you'd like engraved in the name field at checkout: a nickname, a date, a word that means something. Up to 20 characters. It will appear exactly as you type it.
The pendant is sterling silver-plated with a photo-print enamel finish. The chain is 18 inches with a 2-inch extender to 20 inches. Hypoallergenic and nickel-free. The portrait finish is sealed to protect against everyday wear.
Because each necklace is made specifically for your dog, we are unable to accept returns on custom orders. If there is a quality issue (wrong engraving, damage during shipping, or the portrait doesn't reflect the photo you sent), contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will remake it at no charge.
